Under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (referred to as the "Law"), your personal data (such as your gender and interests) and special categories of personal data (such as information about union/association/foundation memberships, criminal convictions, marital status, sexual life, biometric data, and health information) that you share with our company will be stored, recorded, updated, disclosed/transferred to third parties when permitted by legislation, classified, and processed in accordance with the Law by our company.
Purposes and Transfer of Personal Data
Your processed personal data may be transferred to relevant authorities without the need for notification and consent under Article 28/1 of the Law upon request.
In unforeseeable situations, your personal data may be transferred to public institutions specified by law (such as ministries, presidential boards, and other administrative authorities) within the purposes and limitations prescribed by the law if requested. Currently, there is no such foreseeable situation, and you will be informed in advance if this occurs.
Additionally, for the requirements of contracts, to ensure the full, correct, and timely provision of services, and to address requests and complaints, your personal data is shared with sectoral associations and KYASS TEKSTIL INDUSTRY AND FOREIGN TRADE INC. affiliates and service providers (partners).
