Our Story
Founded in 2014 in the Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Park of Tekirdağ, Türkiye, Kyass Tekstil was born from a shared vision to redefine seamless garment manufacturing through innovation, engineering, and excellence.
Before establishing Kyass, Ahmet and Kürşad worked as colleagues across various organizations within the textile industry. Over the years, they built complementary expertise, a strong professional trust, and a common ambition: to go beyond conventional production models and create a company capable of delivering advanced, reliable, and sustainable solutions for leading international brands.
In 2014, they united their experience, technical know-how, and entrepreneurial drive to establish Kyass Tekstil in Kapaklı, Tekirdağ, strategically located within one of Türkiye’s most important industrial parks. From the very beginning, Kyass set out to pioneer seamless garment technology, focusing on precision engineering, product performance, and long-term partnership with global customers.
By combining state-of-the-art technology with deep industry expertise, Kyass Tekstil quickly earned a reputation for reliability, quality, and innovation, serving European and global markets with confidence.
Today, guided by the motto “The Science of Seamless Perfection,” Kyass Tekstil continues to shape the future of seamless manufacturing—integrating science, engineering, and sustainability across every stage of the value chain, from design and material development to product innovation and production.

2014Establishment of KYASS Tekstil San. ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti.

2016Production with 5 machines and 9 employees, annual production capacity of 320,000 units.

2020Expansion to 61 machines and 66 employees, annual production capacity of 2,570,000 units, 300% production capacity increase through collaboration with worldwide brands.

2024Transition to joint-stock company (A.Ş.) status under the new corporate title KYASS; relocation to the Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Park; commissioning of the dyehouse; 14% increase in production capacity; and achievement of full production integration.

2025Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence; establishment of the Corporate Sustainability Department; commissioning of a solar power plant covering 35% of energy needs; and implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100.

In line with the Environmental local Law No. 2872 and ISO 14001, we adopt an effective environmental management approach that guides the reduction of environmental impacts. With our sustainable production philosophy, we are committed to continuously improving our environmental performance.
ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
By fully complying with the requirements of Occupational Health and Safety local Law No. 6331 and ISO 45001, we prioritize employee health and safety. We are committed to providing a safe working environment and continuously improving employee well-being and workplace safety.
