Recruitment Process
At KYASS, recruitment processes are conducted based on a competency-focused evaluation approach in line with the Turkish Labor Law and relevant ILO conventions. Candidates’ suitability for the position, technical qualifications, and alignment with our corporate culture are assessed by our Human Resources team and relevant department managers, with technical and functional interviews included where required.
