Managing knitting, dyeing, printing, sewing, and quality control entirely in-house, KYASS ensures speed, consistency, and full traceability from yarn to finished garment.

Equipped with 68 state-of-the-art Santoni knitting machines and an annual capacity of 3.5 million pieces, KYASS produces high-performance seamless garments using polyamide, polyester, modal, and elastane yarns for leading sportswear and fashion-driven brands worldwide.

Sustainability is embedded in operations, with 35% solar electricity usage and 40% thermal energy recovery, supporting responsible and efficient manufacturing.
