With this explicit consent declaration, I hereby declare that, pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the necessary clarification has been provided to me under Article 10 of the KVKK by KYASS TEKSTİL SAN. VE DIŞ TİC. A.Ş., acting as the data controller, regarding the processing and transfer of my personal data abroad, and that I have been informed about the transfer of personal data abroad in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
