CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Due to your use of our website, we would like to inform you, as the data controller, about the details and purposes of the collection, storage, processing, transfer, and other transactions within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the applicable legislation in force.
General Information
Pursuant to the relevant legislation, “personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. “Special categories of personal data” include data relating to individuals’ race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and dress, membership in associations, foundations or trade unions, health, sexual life, criminal convictions and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data.
In this Clarification Text, the term “Personal Data” shall be used for all types of data without distinguishing between general and special categories, and it should be noted that special categories of personal data may also be included within this scope where required. Within the scope of the KVKK, “processing of personal data” refers to any operation performed on personal data from the moment of collection until deletion, destruction or anonymization, including but not limited to obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, altering, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, classifying or preventing the use of such data.

Pursuant to the KVKK, your personal data shared with us as Data Controller may be processed in compliance with the KVKK and applicable legal regulations, in connection with and proportionate to the services and activities we carry out, including recruitment/internship processes where necessary. Within the scope of our services and in accordance with the relevant legislation, your personal data may be transferred to judicial, administrative and other institutions and/or to persons or authorities authorized by them, as well as to relevant third parties and institutions, regardless of whether they are located domestically or abroad.
Measures Taken to Ensure the Security of Personal Data
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, as Data Controller, we take the necessary technical and administrative measures to prevent unlawful processing of and access to your personal data and to ensure their proper preservation.
Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to the KVKK, personal data subjects have the following rights:
• To learn whether their personal data are processed and to request information if they have been processed;
• To learn the purpose of processing of personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose;
• To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad;
• To request correction of personal data if they are processed incompletely or inaccurately;
• To request deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist;
• To object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems;
• To request compensation for damages in the event that personal data are processed unlawfully in violation of the KVKK.
